Refund policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, meaning you have 14-days from when you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible your item(s) must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn or unused, and sealed in its original plastic packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if your item is defected, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Any issues must be reported to us within 14-days for us to resolve. Any missing parcels must be reported within 30-days of ordering.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know wether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not cover the cost of shipping, therefore we will only refund the cost of the item(s). Please bear in mind it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.
